Two identical cases would be dropped into a new row rather than completing the half-built stacks already in front of them. Auto load now fills what is on the truck before it starts anything new, so the plan comes out the way somebody would actually build it.

If a session expired while you were working, a save could fail with nothing on screen to tell you — the plan looked saved and was not. Failed saves are now reported, with what to do about it, and nothing on screen is lost when one happens.

It was possible to drop a third case onto a stack there was no way to physically reach. The drag now refuses it rather than drawing something nobody can build.

A shipping container has no axles, so the report no longer prints an axle section for one. It shows the two checks a container can actually fail instead.

The load plan now prints a full-width trailer for each tier and leaves the tractor unit off. The drawing a crew works from is bigger and there is less on the page that is not cargo.

Planning, saving and printing are free, with no limit on how many packs you keep. The plan is paid for what surrounds it: your own logo on the paperwork instead of ours, and bringing other people onto a production.

The angled view could draw two carts occupying the same space. It was the drawing that was wrong rather than the plan, but a picture you cannot trust is worse than no picture.

When a renewal fails the account stops saving, which it always did — but now it says so, in a sentence naming the reason, rather than refusing quietly and looking broken.

A hire company can publish its real case sizes and weights as a pack, and you install it into your own library in one go. The cases are marked as published by the supplier rather than estimated by us, so a plan built on them says where the numbers came from.

Auto load stacks two high by default and lowers where the floor runs out. That is now a preference you set on each truck rather than a rule, and you can still stack higher by hand as far as the roof and the case ratings allow.

You choose when the invitation is sent. Somebody invited to view can open the plan and print it without being able to change what you built.

A visitor in the UK was shown a price in pounds and charged in dollars. Both figures are now fixed in Stripe, so the number on the page is the number on the card.

A new account used to get its example cases as one long heap. They now arrive in folders, so the library makes sense before you have added anything of your own.
