Two plans. Both do the whole job.

The difference is how much you are planning. One truck, or a tour with people on it. Every plan gets the auto load, the axle figures and the printed plan — none of that is held back to sell you the tier above.

$1 for 7 days of Pro

Everything unlocked, on a real tour of your own. On day 8 it becomes Pro at $99 a month unless you switch to Standard or cancel — which you can do from your profile in two clicks, at any point, including during the trial.

Standard

One truck, done properly.

$49/month

or $39 a month billed yearly — $468, saving 20%

A single load — a corporate gig, a one-off show, a festival run. Everything the planner does, on one saved pack.

  • One saved truck pack
  • Drag and drop in 3D and in plan
  • Auto load, with the rules it followed written down
  • Axle-group estimates against your vehicle profile
  • Load restraint, row by row
  • Your case library and vehicle profiles
  • Branded load plans
  • Cannot invite collaborators
  • Cannot share a crew link
  • A second pack means deleting the first

Pro

Most productions

A tour is never one truck.

$99/month

or $79 a month billed yearly — $948, saving 20%

Productions with as many trucks as they need, and the people who work on them alongside you.

  • Unlimited truck packs and productions
  • Everything in Standard
  • Invite vendors, crew and hauliers — free, and as many as the run needs
  • Share a read-only crew link — no account, no seat
  • Give somebody one truck rather than the whole tour
  • Remove anybody the day a run ends
  • Print the whole tour in one document

Enterprise

More than one person planning loads, and one case library between them.

For rental houses, production companies and hauliers. Everything in Pro, plus a shared case library and vehicle profiles verified once for everybody — and we can come in, stock take your containers and build that library for you, charged per case.

Bringing other people onto a production

On Pro, add a vendor, a subcontracted haulier or a second production manager free of charge, as many as the run needs. They see the trucks you put them on and nothing else in your account — not your case library, not your other tours.

They are not charged either, and they are not asked for a card. A production is a different set of people every time, and a tour that has to stop and count licences before it can add the lighting vendor is a tour that goes back to the spreadsheet.

What they can do is bounded rather than priced: they work in the productions you put them on, and nowhere else. Their own truck packs, on their own tours, need their own licence.

A driver does not need one of these. Export the load plan and send it — a PDF works in a yard at six in the morning, which is more than can be said for a login.

If you stop paying

Nothing is deleted. Ever. Your packs, cases and vehicle profiles stay exactly where they are. They lock — you cannot open or change a pack — and you can still see what you have, and delete anything you no longer want. Subscribe again and everything opens as you left it.

Prices are set in US dollars and include any tax. In the UK they are set directly in pounds — £49 for Standard, £95 for Pro — and a UK card is charged those figures with no currency conversion fee. Anywhere else outside the US, Stripe will show and charge the equivalent in your own currency at its own exchange rate, which carries a 2–4% currency conversion fee that goes to Stripe rather than to us. You can choose to pay in US dollars instead at the checkout, in which case your bank’s own rate and fees apply. Payment is handled by Stripe; Tourload never sees your card details.
