Bringing other people in
Invite vendors, hauliers and crew onto a production and they join free, and as many as the run needs. They make an account of their own, they are never asked for a card, and they see the trucks you put them on and nothing else — not your case library, not your other tours.
A production is a different set of people every time, and a tour that has to stop and count licences before it can add the lighting vendor is a tour that goes back to the spreadsheet. So they come and go for nothing, and that is not going to be the thing we charge for.
What they can do is bounded rather than priced: they work in the productions you put them on, and nowhere else. Their own tours, in their own account, are their own.
A driver does not need an account at all. Export the load plan and send it — a PDF works in a yard at six in the morning, which is more than can be said for a login.
