Logistics

Truck Pack

Know the truck fits before it is booked.

Plan flight cases, scenery and instruments into a truck in 3D, with live weight, centre of mass and axle figures, load bars row by row, and a printable plan the crew can work from.

Video

Screen Mapper

Map every LED wall in minutes.

Lay out LED screens from mixed panel sizes, see the resolution and pixel map, plan data chains with a redundant feed from the far end, and print the patch plan with the tour’s logo on it.

Rigging

Truss Load

Point loads on every motor, before the advance.

Hang an LED wall, a loom or a cable drop on a truss and see what every motor carries and what goes into the roof, worked out properly rather than divided evenly. Compare ½ t, 1 t and 2 t motors side by side, start from sourced truss and motor weights, and print a branded sheet for the advance. An estimate for planning, not a structural sign-off.

Load a truss →
A Truss Load drawing: a 12 m truss on five 1 t motors with an LED wall and cable, the load on each motor and into the roof

Travel

Atlas

Every mile of the tour, in one picture.

Pulls in the tour dates and works out the miles and flights travelled, then turns the year into a map worth sharing.

See Atlas →
An Atlas route: a year of tour stops joined as one line across the map
